New Senior Notes. The Senior Notes issued by Borrower in the original aggregate principal amount of $175,000,000, issued pursuant to the Indenture to be executed and delivered in connection therewith, the terms of which are described in the New Senior Note Description of Notes, as the same may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
