Example Definitions of "New Warrants"
New Warrants. Shall mean the Fixed Warrant, the Conditional Warrant and, to the extent the re-sale of the Common Shares issuable upon the exercise thereof is not registered under the Existing Registration Statement, the Existing Warrants.
New Warrants. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Means the Common Stock purchase warrants to purchase (i) an aggregate of 110,000 shares of Common Stock at $3.00 per share issued pursuant to the July Amendments; (ii) an aggregate of 943,305 shares of Common Stock at $3.05 per share issued on December 28, 2006 pursuant to the December Amendments; and (iii) an aggregate of 556,695 shares of Common Stock at $3.05 per share issued on December 28, 2006 pursuant to the December Amendments.
