Newly Eligible Employee. An Employee who meets the conditions for becoming an Eligible Employee as set forth herein, after the beginning of the Plan Year, but on or before the Mid-Year Eligibility Date for such Plan Year, due to a promotion or commencement of employment with the Company or a Participating Employer.
