Next Generation IP

Next Generation IP. All products, applications or processes derived from the Licensed IP on or after the Effective Date hereof. All products designated with "model numbers" different from the Licensed Product Model Numbers after the Effective Date hereof shall constitute Next Generation IP. Next Generation IP shall not include the Licensed IP but may include certain Licensed Products, applications or processes subject to patent, trademark or copyright protections as obtained by CPC.
