NGAS Securities Purchase Documents. Means the NGAS Securities Purchase Agreement, the NGAS Convertible Notes to be issued by Holdings on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, and all other agreements, instruments and documents relating to any of the foregoing, each as in effect on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date.
