NGS Systems

NGS Systems. (i) "NGS Systems" means any computer, computer network, computer application, imaging device, desktop or laptop computer, mobile computing device, server, equipment, computing environment (including, but not limited to, any development, test, stage, production and/or backup application and computing environment), storage media or software controlled by NGS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent entities, or a third party acting on behalf of NGS.
