NHL Technology IP. The Intellectual Property in the computer programs, Applications, and other technology developed by NHL and/or its Affiliates, and any of their employees, contractors, or agents (excluding NeuLion), during the Term and used in connection with the development or delivery of the Services, including any transformations, modifications, enhancements, expansions or adaptations of NHL Technology IP that NHL develops in delivery of the Services.
