NipawinSRC Project Licensee

NipawinSRC Project Licensee. Means the owner, sponsor, or manager of an Alcohol Synthesis Plant project (a) that is managed by either or both of Nipawin and SRC or an Affiliate of either Nipawin or SRC, or (b) the majority of whose ownership is held by either or both of Nipawin and SRC or an Affiliate of either Nipawin or SRC.
