NISSAN Derivative Process

NISSAN Derivative Process. Means any process to assemble MEA that is developed solely by NISSAN or by NISSAN and a third party other than HOKU after this Agreement and which is (i) an improvement on any Automotive HOKU MEA Assembly Process that is licensed to NISSAN pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) not otherwise included in the definition of HOKU Intellectual Property.
