NLPT Securities. Means equity securities of IDDS or an Affiliate of IDDS that are listed on any of the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ National Market System, NASDAQ Small-Cap Market or American Stock Exchange (each, an "Exchange") and that meet the continuing listing requirements of such Exchange at the time the securities are issued.
