NMLP Obligations

NMLP Obligations. Means all indebtedness, obligations and liabilities of NMLP to the Agent and/or any of the Lenders, whether now existing or hereafter arising, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, under any one or more of: (i) this Pledge Agreement; (ii) the Loan Agreement, NMLP Note or any other NMLP Loan Document; and (iii) each of the same as hereafter modified, amended, extended or replaced, including, without limitation, the NMLP Obligations (as ... defined in the Loan Agreement).
