NMP Holder

NMP Holder. Means any of the NMP Entities and any Person to whom Registrable Securities were transferred by an NMP Holder, other than in a public offering or in a sale pursuant to Rule 144 promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
