Example Definitions of "No Comment Deadline"
No Comment Deadline. Shall mean (x) the one hundred twentieth (120th) calendar day following the Closing Date if the Initial Registration Statement and the New Registration Statement, if any, are on Form S-3 or (y) the one-hundred fiftieth (150th) calendar day following the Closing Date if the Initial Registration Statement or the New Registration Statement are on Form S-1.
