Non-CiC Severance Period

Non-CiC Severance Period. Means the number of months of severance payable under this Plan to the Participant with respect to the applicable Non-CiC Termination, as indicated in the Participant's Participation Notice, which will be (i) 18 months for the Chief Executive Officer, (ii) 12 months for Executive Vice Presidents, (iii) 9 months for Senior Vice Presidents, and (iv) 6 months for Vice Presidents.
