Non-Compete Period
Non-Compete Period. (i) the period during which the Participant is subject to Section 7 of the Employment Agreement or (ii) if the Employment Agreement is not in effect on the Participant's date of termination of employment or if the Participant is not a party to the Employment Agreement "Non-Compete Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Grant Date and ending twelve (12) months after the Participant's date of termination of employment.
