Non-competition Period

Non-competition Period. The period while Executive is employed by the Company and for one year after Executive's employment terminates, except in cases of Change in Control Qualifying Terminations

Non-competition Period. The period commencing upon the Date of Termination and continuing until the first anniversary of the Date of Termination or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).

Non-competition Period. That period of time commencing upon the date of execution of this Agreement by Employee and continuing during his employment with the Company, and for no less than one (1) years following termination of his employment with the Company (regardless of the circumstances of termination)

Non-competition Period. (i) the period the Executive is employed by the Control Group and (ii) at any time prior to a Change in Control, the two (2) year period commencing on the Termination Date.

Non-competition Period. Shall mean the 12-month period commencing upon a Qualified Termination

Non-competition Period. The period while Executive is employed by Vishay or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates and for twelve 12 months thereafter or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).

Non-competition Period. (i) upon the Executive's termination of employment with the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates for any reason on or before May 3, 2006, the twenty four (24) month period following such termination of employment, or (ii) upon the Executive's termination of employment with the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates for any reason after May 3, 2006, the twelve (12) month period following such termination of employment

Non-competition Period. Shall mean, with respect to a specified cessation of employment, the one-year period following the Employee's termination date; provided that on and after the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Non-Competition Period shall mean, with respect to a specified cessation of employment, the three-year period following the Employee's termination date.
