Non-Competition

Non-Competition. Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, during Employee's employment with the Company Group, and for the Post-Termination Non-Competition Period following the termination of Employee's employment for any reason, engage in, have any equity interest in, manage, provide services to or operate (including, but not limited to, as a sole proprietor, owner, employer, principal, director, investor, joint venturer, shareholder, associate, employee, member, consultant, contractor or otherwise) any...
