Non-Conforming Borrowing Base. At any time during the Non-Conforming Period, an amount equal to the amount determined in accordance with Section 2.07, as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07(e), Section 8.13(c) or Section 9.12(d).
