Non-Disclosure Agreement
Non-Disclosure Agreement. Shall mean the Non-Disclosure, Invention Assignment and Restrictive Covenant Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, as may be updated or amended from time to time to reflect changes in law and/or differences in applicable state law.
