Executive shall not (a) divert away or attempt to divert away any business from the Company or Related Person to another company, business, or individual or (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with any transaction, agreement, prospective agreement, or corporate opportunity in which Company or its predecessors in interest or any Related Person was involved at any point during the last two years of Executive's employment with Company
