Non-Interference / Assistance Period

Non-Interference / Assistance Period. The period commencing with the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary of the Date of Termination; provided that if a court of competent jurisdiction determines that such period is unenforceable, then such time period shall end on the date that is 6 months after the Date of Termination.
