Non-qualified Share Option. An Option which is not an Incentive Share Option

Non-qualified Share Option. Means an Option other than an Incentive Share Option.
Non-qualified Share Option. Means an Option not intended to be an "incentive share option" within the meaning of Sections 421 and 422 of the Code, as now constituted or subsequently amended, or pursuant to a successor provision of the Code.
Non-qualified Share Option. An Option that by its terms does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an Incentive Share Option.
