Example Definitions of "Non-Solicit Period"
Non-Solicit Period. Means the period of my employment with Sprouts and the period of 24 months after my employment with Sprouts ends for any reason. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator determines that 24 months is overbroad and unenforceable, the Non-Solicit Period shall be the longest of the following periods that the court or arbitrator determines reasonable under the circumstances: 18 months, 12 months, 9 months, or 6 months following the date my employment with Sprouts ends for any... reason.
