Non-solicitation Period
Non-solicitation Period. The period commencing upon the Date of Termination and continuing until the first anniversary of the Date of Termination or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).
Non-solicitation Period. The period while Executive is employed by Vishay or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates and for twelve 12 months thereafter or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).
