Example Definitions of "Non-solicitation Period"
Non-solicitation Period. The period commencing upon the Date of Termination and continuing until the first anniversary of the Date of Termination or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).
Non-solicitation Period. The period commencing upon the Date of Termination and continuing until the first second anniversary of the Date of Termination or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d). 7.5(a).
