Non-statutory Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Non-statutory Stock Option"
Non-statutory Stock Option. An option, including an Option as the context may require, which is not intended to qualify for the tax treatment applicable to incentive stock options under section 422 of the Code.
Non-statutory Stock Option. An Option (or portion thereof) that is not designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Administrator, or which is designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Administrator but fails to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
Non-statutory Stock Option. An Option granted to a Participant and which is not an Incentive Stock Option
Non-statutory Stock Option. Shall mean an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option
