Non-U.S. Borrowers

Non-U.S. Borrowers. Collectively, all Borrowers formed under a jurisdiction outside of the United States, including, without limitation, URBN UK Limited (f/k/a Urban Outfitters UK Limited), a corporation formed under the laws of England and Wales, Urban Outfitters Ireland Limited, a corporation formed under the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and HK Sourcing Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong, and "Non-U.S. Borrower" means any of such Non-U.S. Borrowers.
