NonCommercial Production

NonCommercial Production. Means all ores, metals, minerals, tailings, concentrates, precipitates and mineral products extracted from THE CONCESSIONS subject to the Royalty for carrying out all kinds or tests, including without limitation for bulk samples, assays, geochemical analyses, amenability to milling and leaching and recovering determinations, pilot plant tests and test trommel operations;
