Noncompete Payment
Noncompete Payment. The remaining Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) of each such payment shall be paid as consideration for compliance with the terms of Section 5 (Noncompetition) below (such portion of each payment is a "Noncompete Payment").
