NonCompete
NonCompete. The Consultant agrees that the noncompetition covenant contained in Paragraph 5 above (the "Non-Compete") is an essential and a material part of the Consultant's obligations under this Agreement for which the Covenantee has agreed to make payments as provided in this Agreement.
