Either (a) a Purchased Mortgage Loan other than a Jumbo Mortgage Loan, which has been subject to one or more Transactions hereunder for a period of greater than 30 calendar days but not greater than 60 calendar days, or (b) a Purchased Mortgage Loan that is a Jumbo Mortgage Loan, which has been subject to one or more Transactions hereunder for a period of greater than 120 calendar days but not greater than 150 calendar days.
