Noncompliant II. Either (a) a Purchased Mortgage Loan other than a Jumbo Mortgage Loan, which has been subject to one or more Transactions hereunder for a period of greater than 60 calendar days but not greater than 90 calendar days, or (b) a Purchased Mortgage Loan that is a Jumbo Mortgage Loan, which has been subject to one or more Transactions hereunder for a period of greater than 150 calendar days but not greater than 180 calendar days.
