NonContracted Account

NonContracted Account. Shall mean any customer of the Business that is currently purchasing goods or services from the Business without any written contract, either because its contract with HCS has expired and not been renewed (other than on a month-to-month or other informal basis) or because no contract has yet been executed with such customer.
