Nonincentive Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Nonincentive Stock Option"
Nonincentive Stock Option. An option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Section 9 hereof, which option is not intended to qualify under Section 422 of the Code.
Nonincentive Stock Option. Means an Option to purchase Shares which is granted by the Committee pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan or granted by the Board pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan and which is not intended to qualify under Section 422A of the Code.
Nonincentive Stock Option. Shall mean an option that is not an incentive stock option as defined in Section 422A of the Internal Revenue Code.
