NonMaterial Accounts
NonMaterial Accounts. Means all Deposit Accounts and securities accounts with respect to which the sum of (a) the amounts on deposit in all such Deposit Accounts, plus (b) the value of the securities entitlements in all such securities accounts, does not exceed $1,000,000.
