NonPrincipal Receivables. With respect to any Account means (i) all amounts billed to the related Dealer in respect of interest and all other non-principal charges and (ii) without duplication, all amounts owed in respect of Manufacturer Discount Amounts and Manufacturer Subsidy Amounts.
