Nonqualified Option

Example Definitions of "Nonqualified Option"
Nonqualified Option. An Option other than an Incentive Option granted to an employee
Nonqualified Option. An Option that is not an Incentive Option
Nonqualified Option. An Option not qualifying as an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonqualified Option. The term "Nonqualified Option" shall mean an Option intended by the Committee not to qualify as an "incentive stock option" under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
