NonQualifying Subscriber

NonQualifying Subscriber. Means an Active Subscriber that, as of September 30, 2004: (i) had been an Active Subscriber of Galaxy Mexico for not more than 14 months and (ii) was thirty (30) or more days past due in the payment of any Subscriber Charges then due in accordance with the existing policies and procedures of Galaxy Mexico.
