NONRENEWAL DATE. Any date by which either Employer or Employee may notify the other that the Employee's employment shall not be automatically renewed for the next Renewal Term, which, if given during the Initial Term, must be given no later than 180 days prior to the end of the Initial Term, and if given during any Renewal Term, must be given no later than 90 days prior to the end of such Renewal Term.
