NonRetail Location

NonRetail Location. Is defined as a location where: (i) Cardholders can make purchases from you either by mail or telephone and no customer signature can be obtained on the Sales Slip; or (ii) consumer customers of yours can apply to us for an Account and no customer signature can be obtained on the Credit Card Account Application/Credit Card Account Agreement.
