NonSMI Game Play

NonSMI Game Play. Means any Table Game (whether Game Play or Public Domain Game) that is, in the present or the future, neither owned, patented, trade dressed, copyrighted (registered or unregistered), trademarked (registered or unregistered), leased, sold, distributed or licensed, in the present or in the future by SMI.
