Nonstatutory Share Option

Example Definitions of "Nonstatutory Share Option"
Nonstatutory Share Option. Means an Option not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Nonstatutory Share Option. Means an Option which does not meet the requirements for a statutory share option under Code Section 422, or even if meeting the requirements of Code Section 422 is not intended to be a statutory share option.
Nonstatutory Share Option. Means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Share Option.
Nonstatutory Share Option. Means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Share Option, as designated in the applicable Option Agreement.
