NONTRADING ASSET PROCEEDS

NONTRADING ASSET PROCEEDS. Means (i) the Proceeds resulting from the disposition of any Collateral other than a disposition of accounts and inventory in the ordinary course of business to the extent permitted by the Security Agreement; (ii) Proceeds received from or as a result of a casualty loss to, or condemnation of, any of the Collateral; and (iii) Proceeds received pursuant to the right of setoff pursuant to the Loan Documents.
