Nonvoting Common Stock

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means the non-voting common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means the non-voting common stock of the Company.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means the Company's Non-Voting Common Stock, par value $.01 per share; PROVIDED, THAT, from and after the time that all of the outstanding shares of the Company's Non-Voting Common Stock have been converted into shares of the Company's Voting Common Stock pursuant to the terms of the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (the "CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION"), all references in this Warrant to "Non-Voting Common... Nonvoting Common Stock. Shall mean the $.001 par value Nonvoting Common Stock of the Corporation, which shall be Nonvoting Common Stock for all purposes, except to the extent required by law. The Nonvoting Common Stock is convertible in certain circumstances into Common Stock as provided in the Corporation's Certificate of Incorporation, as amended.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means the Company's non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, into which the Series A Preferred Stock is convertible following approval by the Company's shareholders of an amendment to its certificate of incorporation, as amended, authorizing the issuance of such stock.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means the Company's non-voting common stock, no par value per share.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Shall have the meaning given thereto in the preambles hereof.

Nonvoting Common Stock. Means shares of the Company's non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share.
