Normal Retirement

Normal Retirement. Means, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Award Agreement approved by the Administrator, (1) with respect to an employee, the employee ceases to be an employee (except, in the Administrator's sole discretion, for termination by reason of the employee's Cause as determined by the Administrator) at or after reaching age 65 and providing either 90 days' written notice to the Company or the minimum amount of notice required by the Participant's employment agreement, severance agreement, or... other agreement with the Company, if any, and (2) with respect to a director, the director ceases to be a director (except for termination by reason of the director's Cause, as determined by the Administrator) at or after reaching age 65. Normal Retirement. Termination of the Participant, other than for Cause, after the Participant has reached 60 years of age.

Normal Retirement. An employee voluntarily ceases to be an Employee at or after reaching age sixty-five (65)

Normal Retirement. Participant's Separation from Service with the Employer for any reason other than Cause after such Participant has both (i) attained his or her Normal Retirement Age and (ii) commenced receipt of benefits under the First United Bank & Trust Pension Plan or any successor plan thereto

Normal Retirement. Normal Retirement. Retirement from active employment with the Company or any Subsidiary, other than for Cause or due to death or disability, of a Holder who; (i) has reached the age of 65; (ii) has reached the age of 62 and has completed five years of service with the Company; or (iii) has reached the age of 60 and has completed 10 years of service with the Company.
