Not Actively Employed. Means the earlier of: (a) The date on which the Company gives to the Employee notice of termination (whether or not for cause); (b) The date of termination of employment (whether or not for cause); or (c) The date on which salary continuation or severance pay commences under any severance plan or policy of the Company.
