Note A-1. That certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-1 dated as of January 31, 2007 in the original principal amount of NINETY-SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($96,200,000) made by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be assigned, amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time.
