Note and Warrant Purchase Documents. Shall mean the Note, the ----------------------------------- Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement, and any other instruments, promissory notes, guarantees and other documents executed in connection with, or related to, the Note, and/or the Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement, as such other instruments, promissory notes, guarantees and other documents may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
