Note B-1. That certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note B-1 dated as of January 31, 2007 in the original principal amount of THIRTY-THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($33,800,000) made by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be assigned, amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time.
