Note Documents

Note Documents. This Agreement, the Distribution Notes, the Guaranty and all documents needed to perfect or give notice of the Stockholders' security interest in the Collateral.

Note Documents. Means the Notes, the Tranche A Note Guarantee and the Note Security Agreement.

Note Documents. Means this Agreement, the Purchase Agreements, the Amended and Restated Pledge Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and among certain of the Grantors and the Trustee, the Indenture, the Notes and all other documents relating to the Security Interest required by this Agreement to be entered into by the Grantors.

Note Documents. Shall mean this Note together with the Note Purchase Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Guaranty and the Warrant.

Note Documents. Means collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement and any other present or future agreement between or among the Borrowers, and/or for the benefit of Parent in connection with Loans made pursuant to this Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified, extended or replaced from time to time.

Note Documents. Means this Note, and any agreements, documents (and with respect to this Note, and such other agreements and documents, any modifications, amendments, renewals, extensions, or restatements thereof), or certificates at any time executed or delivered pursuant to the terms of this Note.

Note Documents. Shall mean the Existing Note Documents and, after any Permitted Refinancing, the Refinancing Note Documents.

Note Documents. Shall mean the Note, Deed of Trust, this Agreement and all other documents executed by Borrower to secure payment of the Note as provided in the Purchase Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified or renewed from time to time.

Note Documents. Means the "Note Documents" as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Note Documents. Means the Notes, the Guarantees, the Indenture, the Security Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.
