Note Documents. This Agreement, the Notes and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Note Party for the benefit of Lenders in connection herewith and therewith

Note Documents. The Notes, the Note Guarantee and the Note Security Agreement.

Note Documents. The Securities Purchase Agreement, the Notes, this Guarantee, the other Security Documents and all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Note Documents shall not include the Registration Rights Agreement, any Warrants or related documents

Note Documents. Means this Agreement, the Indenture, the Notes, the Subsidiary Guarantees, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Security Agreement, and the Trademark Security Agreement dated as of the date hereto between the grantors party thereto and the Collateral Agent, or any other document, instrument or agreement arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note Documents. This Note, the Guaranty, the Note and Guaranty Security Agreement and the Purchase Agreement.

Note Documents. The meaning given to such term in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Note Documents. This Note, the Subsidiary Guaranty, each document delivered pursuant to Section 5, and any amendment, waiver, supplement or other modification to any of the foregoing, including any amendment to the Registrar Agreement pursuant to Section 3(iii).

Note Documents. The New Notes, this Agreement and any related collateral agreement entered into by the Grantor and the Subordinated Notes Collateral Agent for the ratable benefit of the Holders, and any other agreement entered into by the Grantor and the Holders with respect to the New Notes.

Note Documents. Means the Subordinated Notes, the Second Lien Security Agreement, any other collateral agreement to which the Company and the Subordinated Notes Representative are a party with respect to the Subordinated Notes, and any Intercreditor Agreement.

Note Documents. Means this Note, the Pledge and Security Agreement and the Parent Undertaking Guaranty.
