Note Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower, as issuer, and Note Trustee, in connection with the Senior Secured Notes, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
